Un dispositif (10) de conditionnement et de distribution de produit cosmétique comprend un réservoir (12), définissant une cavité (18) recevant un produit cosmétique (P) comprenant deux phases (B, L). Une première phase (L) est sous forme de liquide ou de gel et une deuxième phase (B) comprend des billes non miscibles dans la première phase (L). Le dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution de produit cosmétique (10) comprend une hélice (36) montée rotative autour d’un axe (A), et une grille (30), sensiblement normale à l’axe (A) de rotation de l’hélice (36), avec au moins un trou (32). L’hélice (36) et la grille (30) sont conformées pour cisailler les billes entrainées à travers la grille (30), par la rotation de l’hélice (36). Figure de l’abrégé : Figure 4
