Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’un catalyseur à base de zéolithe de type structural AFX contenant du cuivre comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :a) le mélange, en milieu aqueux, d’au moins une source de silicium, d’au moins une source d’aluminium, d’au moins une source de soude, d’au moins une source de cuivre, d’un agent complexant organique N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine (TPE), et d’un agent structurant de la zéolithe AFX qui est le dihydroxyde de 1,6-bis(méthylpiperidinium)hexane (bMP6) pour obtenir un gel de composition molaire déterminée ;b) le traitement hydrothermal dudit gel à une température comprise entre 140 et 200°C, sous pression de réaction autogène, pendant une durée comprise entre 3 et 36 heures sous agitation ;c) le traitement thermique par séchage dudit matériau suivi d’une calcination.L’invention concerne également le catalyseur obtenu et son utilisation pour la réduction sélective des NOx. The invention also relates to the catalyst obtained and its use for the selective reduction of NOx. Figure to be published: Figure 1
