Abstract
Détection et localisation d’anomalies d’étalement de poudre par mesures d’émission acoustiques Dispositif (100) de fabrication d’une pièce par un procédé de fusion sélective ou frittage sélectif sur lit de poudre (103) comprenant un plateau de fabrication (101) ayant une surface de travail (102), parallèle à une première direction (X) et à une deuxième direction (Y), sur laquelle la pièce est destinée à être fabriquée, un racleur (110) placé sur la surface de travail et apte à se déplacer et à étaler la poudre selon la première direction sur la surface de travail, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend en outre : au moins deux capteurs acoustiques (121, 122) fixés et espacés selon la deuxième direction sur le racleur et aptes à détecter un signal acoustique ; un télémètre laser (130) orienté selon la première direction et apte à déterminer une position du racleur selon la première direction ; et un système de contrôle (140) apte à détecter une anomalie (150) en fonction dudit signal acoustique et à déterminer une position de l’anomalie en fonction du signal acoustique détecté par lesdits capteurs acoustiques et d’un signal de position mesuré par ledit télémètre laser.
