Un moteur (14) électrique pour dispositif (10) de ventilation d’installation de ventilation, climatisation et/ou chauffage d’un véhicule automobile, comprend un stator (22), un rotor (20) comprenant un arbre (30) s’étendant selon un axe de rotation (A) du moteur (14), un roulement (58) autour de l’arbre (30) du rotor (20), une embase (34) de montage du moteur (14) sur un support (16). L’embase de montage (34) définit un logement (35 ; 37) de réception du roulement (58), le logement (35 ; 37) de réception du roulement (58) comprenant un fond (372), normal à la direction de l’axe de rotation (A) du moteur (14). Des moyens de découplage (60) du roulement (58) par rapport à l’embase de montage (34) comprennent deux plots (62) en matériau élastomère contraignant élastiquement et radialement le roulement (58), et un anneau (66) de matériau élastomère, serré entre le roulement (58) et le fond (372) du logement (37).
