Abstract
La présente invention est relative à un complexe comprenant les composés ou extraits suivants : ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, Niacinamide, arginine PCA, au moins un extrait d’Evodia rutaecarpa, au moins un extrait de racine de réglisse Glycyrrhiza glabra, et au moins un extrait d’écorce d’Albizia julibrissin, ainsi qu’à une composition cosmétique à application topique comprenant un tel complexe végétal à titre d’ingrédient actif.
