Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un masque barrière réutilisable présentant au moins une couche formée de coton par tricotage de ladite pièce de filtration et des brides élastiquées, destinées à maintenir ledit masque sur le visage d’un porteur du masque, ensemble sur un métier à tricoter rectiligne, ladite pièce de filtration étant tricotée par fléchage sur un métier à tricoter rectiligne et des fils élastiques étant tricotés sur une partie substantielle du bord supérieur et du bord inférieur de ladite pièce, de sorte à donner une forme ergonomique à ladite pièce de filtration. La pièce filtrante est avantageusement formée d’une première couche de coton, d’une couche de polyester texturé  et d’une deuxième couche de coton superposées dans cet ordre. Par ailleurs, l’invention met en œuvre un rang de mailles en fil fondant sur le bord supérieur de la pièce filtrante et plusieurs rangs de mailes de fils fondant entremêlés avec des fils élastiques sur le bord inférieur de la pièce filtrante.
