Inflatable flat floor of a vehicle The present invention is a four-wheeled vehicle with rear wheel motors (5), front wheels (6), a frame (4) on which rests an inflatable flat floor (20), composed of an inflatable element (1), an inflation valve (2), an overpressure valve (8), a gas reserve (9), an automatic pressure gauge (10), fixing elements (3) (7 ) to secure other parts of the vehicle: the passenger compartment, the seats, the chassis, etc. This inflatable flat floor (20) reduces weight and energy consumption, produces less money, makes repairs easier, without forgetting to guarantee rigidity; it can be deflated for storage and transport, further reducing the costs involved. The present invention is intended to manufacture vehicles having a flat floor from one end of the vehicle to the other to increase the possibilities of organization of the upper part.
Description
The present invention relates to an inflatable structure which is used as a flat floor of a vehicle.
The floor of a vehicle has evolved over time, it is made up of many parts and it changes shape depending on the vehicle. A floor is made of steel, alloy, ... or a little lighter, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastic... Their weight and complex shapes, increase energy consumption and price, complicate maintenance, repairs are expensive and complicated and the floor must be rigid enough to support the load. It is never completely flat and/or does not go from one end of the vehicle to the other, which does not facilitate the organization of the upper part such as the passenger compartment, dumpster, in multiple configurations.
The object of the present invention is therefore to create an inflatable flat floor; which is supported by the chassis, it goes from one end of the vehicle to the other to allow the upper part to be organized in multiple configurations, while being resistant, rigid, light and easily repairable. It will maintain its pressure and have a pressure relief valve.
To achieve its object, the invention proposes an inflatable flat floor composed of a single inflatable element having an inflation valve and a pressure relief valve. But also a gas reserve and a pressure gauge to automatically adjust the pressure in the inflatable flat floor. This inflatable flat floor also has attachment means to removably fix the other elements of the car, such as the chassis, the passenger compartment, etc. The inflatable flat floor uses the latest technologies to ensure their rigidity, for example the Technologies Drop Stitch and Double Layer Fused. The motor(s) are in the wheels or attached to the frame. The inflatable flat floor is supported by the chassis, it goes from one end of the vehicle to the other to allow the upper part to be organized in multiple configurations. The inflatable flat floor is inflated to at least 8.8 PSI.
Advantageously, the invention allows an inflatable flat floor that is extremely light, but also strong and rigid; it can also be inflated with different gases to increase or not this lightness. This difference in weight can have a significant impact on the vehicle's energy consumption. Existing technologies for manufacturing independent inflatable forms are easily adaptable for the production of the flat inflatable floor, which allows low production costs. In addition, repairs are facilitated by the use of suitable glue and patches.
The other great advantage of the invention is the modularity, in fact as it is flat from the front of the vehicle to the rear, it allows you to choose where to put the driver, the passengers, the trunk, the dumpster, etc.
Its suppression valve ensures safety in case of over-inflation or temperature change.
Another advantage is its ability to maintain its pressure thanks to a gas reserve and an automatic pressure gauge.
Another benefit of the invention is to facilitate the creation of new forms of passenger compartment at a very low cost; this allows companies to start from a flat floor without design constraints.
As the invention is inflatable, it also has the advantage of being able to deflate and therefore take up less space for its transport or its storage, which reduces the costs associated with these.
