Abstract
Installation (1) de mesure de la teneur en eau de produits comprenant :- une cuve (2) rotative perforée délimitant une enceinte de stockage des produits munie d’une ouverture d’accès obturable, - un dispositif (7) d’entraînement en rotation de ladite cuve (2), - un système (8) de séchage du contenu de la cuve extérieur à la cuve (2), - un capteur (9) de pesée, - un support (10) pour recevoir la cuve (2), une unité (11) de commande configurée pour recevoir les données fournies par le capteur (9) de pesée et pour commander le dispositif (7) d’entraînement en rotation de la cuve (2) et le système (8) de séchage. L’enceinte de la cuve (2) présente un volume intérieur de stockage au moins égal à 1 m3, le dispositif (7) d’entraînement en rotation de la cuve (2) comprend un arbre (71) rotatif horizontal d’entraînement en rotation de la cuve (2), un moteur (72) équipé d’un organe (721) rotatif moteur, une transmission (73) au moins par engrenage (731) du mouvement de rotation de l’organe (721) rotatif moteur à l’arbre (71) rotatif d’entraînement en rotation de la cuve (2), cet arbre (71) étant supporté par des paliers portés par ledit support (10) et le capteur (9) de pesée étant disposé au niveau de l’un des paliers. The enclosure of the tank (2) has an internal storage volume at least equal to 1 m3, the device (7) for driving the tank (2) in rotation comprises a horizontal rotary drive shaft (71) in rotation of the tank (2), a motor (72) equipped with a rotating motor member (721), a transmission (73) at least by gear (731) of the rotational movement of the rotating motor member (721) the rotating shaft (71) for driving the tank (2) in rotation, this shaft (71) being supported by bearings carried by the said support (10) and the weighing sensor (9) being arranged at the level of the one of the bearings.
