Abstract

Distributeur de liquide avec cuve(s) et système(s) de distribution Ce distributeur de liquide (2), notamment alimentaire, comprend un bâti (22), une ou plusieurs cuves (4) destinées à contenir un liquide et autant de systèmes de distribution (6) que de cuves. Chaque cuve comprend une paroi définissant un volume interne (V4), débouchant de la paroi par un embout de soutirage (44), qui est relié de façon réversible à l’entrée (622) d’un des conduits (62) et qui est situé sur une portion inférieure de la cuve (4) en position de distribution. L’embout de soutirage comporte un premier organe d’obturation. Le volume interne de la cuve (4) débouche aussi de la paroi par un évent (46), situé sur une portion supérieure (424) de la cuve en position de distribution, le distributeur de liquide (2) comprenant un dispositif de compensation (10), qui est relié fluidiquement à l’évent (46) par un raccord et qui est configuré pour l’introduction d’un gaz propre dans le volume interne.
