L’invention concerne une talonnière (1) de fixation pour la pratique du ski de randonnée, comprenant : -une embase (8); -un élément (72) de fixation destiné à se solidariser à une chaussure ; -une cale de montée (4) pivotant par rapport à l’embase (8) entre une position de recouvrement et une position d’accès à l’élément de fixation (72) ; -un élément de freinage (3) monté pivotant par rapport à l’embase (8) entre une position de freinage et une position repliée ; -un organe d’entrainement (2) pour entrainer l’élément de freinage (3) en pivotement de sa position de freinage vers sa position repliée avec une chaussure ; -une transmission mécanique (9) reliant la cale de montée (4) à l’élément de freinage (3), de sorte que le pivotement de la cale de montée (4) vers sa position de recouvrement entraine l’élément de freinage (3) vers sa position repliée.
