Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une vitrine, un échangeur de chaleur (Ec), un socle (Sc) sur lequel est monté un bac (Bc) de réception pour l'échangeur de chaleur (Ec), ledit bac de réception étant recouvert par une plaque (Pq) de présentation d'un produit alimentaire, la plaque (Pq) de présentation étant montée de manière articulée entre une position de présentation où elle recouvre l'ouverture dudit bac pour supporter le produit alimentaire et une position oblique où elle dégage un accès vers l’intérieur dudit bac (Bc). Selon l'invention, l’échangeur de chaleur (Ec) est fixé sous la plaque (Pq) et un moyen de soulèvement (Ms), au moins en partie, de la masse de ladite plaque est interposé entre la plaque (Pq) et le bac (Bc) ou entre ladite plaque et le socle (Sc). Le personnel de maintenance peut ainsi soulever manuellement la plaque de présentation, aidé en cela par le moyen de soulèvement. La surface du fond du bac est pleinement dégagée, facilitant le nettoyage du bac de réception et de l'échangeur de chaleur. Fig. 2
