Abstract

L’invention concerne le procédé de fabrication d’une structure comportant des nanoparticules sur une surface nanotexturée comportant  - la nanotexturation de surface d’une première couche formant des nanocavités obtenue à partir des étapes suivantes dans cet ordre - un traitement thermique à une température T1 de la première couche qui conduit à une séparation de phase de la première couche, la première couche comportant alors des nanogouttes d’une phase, dite Pg, nanogouttes disjointes de largeur nanométrique, ledit premier matériau ainsi démixé étant inorganique - une élimination de ladite phase Pg donnant la surface nanotexturée avec les nanocavités - la formation, à partir d’un démouillage à température T2<T1, d’une multitude de nanoparticules nanométriques disjointes dans lesdites cavités.
