Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’un profilé , notamment de véhicule , de préfé rence de véhicule ferroviaire , profilé associé Ce procédé de fabrication d’un profilé (12) au moyen d’un dispositif de moulage sous vide (10) comprenant une première partie (14) et une deuxième partie (16) définissant entre elles une cavité de moulage (18), comprend les étapes suivantes : - fourniture de composants (32) de profilé, les composants de profilé (32) comprenant au moins une nappe de fibres (34) et une résine liquide (31) ; - installation des composants de profilé (32) dans le dispositif de moulage sous vide (10) ; et - réalisation du profilé (12) à partir des composants (32) installés dans le dispositif de moulage (10). L’étape de fourniture de composants de profilé (32) comprend la fourniture d’au moins un noyau de moulage (36), l’étape d’installation des composants de profilé (32) comprenant l’installation du noyau de moulage (36) entre la première partie (14) et la deuxième partie (16).
