Abstract
Dispositif de nettoyage de l’évent d’une matrice de forgeage et procédé de mise en œuvre de ce dispositif Un aspect de l’invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage (100) d’un évent (20) d’une première matrice de forgeage (11) adaptée pour recevoir, entre ladite première matrice et une seconde matrice, un lopin de métal à mettre en forme pour produire une pièce métallique, ledit dispositif de nettoyage comportant : une pompe (110) d’injection d’une solution aqueuse, adaptée pour injecter de la solution aqueuse dans l’évent (20), un générateur d’ultrasons (150), adapté pour générer des ondes ultrasonores dans l’évent (20), une prise d’air (140) adaptée pour assurer une mise à l’air libre de l’évent (20), et un système de vannes (130) pour commander alternativement au moins l’injection de solution aqueuse et d’ultrasons et la mise à l’air libre de l’évent (20).
