Titre : Dispositif d’échange thermique pour des composants électriques et/ou électroniques La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’échange thermique (3) pour un composant (20) électrique et/ou électronique, le dispositif (3) comprenant au moins une poche (30) réalisée dans un matériau souple et un réseau (31) de microfibres (32), la poche (30) délimitant un volume interne (300) dans lequel sont reçus au moins un premier fluide caloporteur (FC1) et le réseau (31) de microfibres (32), le réseau (31) de microfibres (32) étant au moins en partie immergé dans le premier fluide caloporteur (FC1) et le réseau (31) de microfibres (32) étant configuré pour être relié à au moins un circuit (13) de deuxième fluide caloporteur (FC2) et pour assurer la circulation dudit deuxième fluide caloporteur dans le dispositif d’échange thermique (3).
