Abstract
L’invention porte sur un organe de mesure (O1) pour un réseau électrique (1) ou pour un équipement(E), le réseau (1) ou l’équipement (E) comprenant au moins un premier conducteur de puissance (C1), un deuxième conducteur de puissance (C2) et un conducteur commun (Cc). L’organe de mesure (O1) comprend deux éléments capacitifs (EC1, EC2) disposés en pont entre les deux conducteurs de puissance (C1, C2) et présentant des valeurs de capacité sensiblement identiques entre elles, les deux éléments capacitifs (EC1, EC2) étant reliés en un point milieu (M) électriquement relié au conducteur commun (Cc). L’invention prote également sur un dispositif de détection d’une défaillance dans un réseau électrique comprenant un tel organe de mesure. Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : Fig. 6
