L’invention concerne un ensemble électrique comprenant un dissipateur de chaleur (704), un circuit électrique (110) comprenant : un premier conducteur électrique (106B), dit principal, un premier composant électrique (112) monté sur une première surface du premier conducteur électrique principal (106B), un isolant électrique (302) scellant hermétiquement le premier conducteur électrique principal (106B) et le composant électrique (112), l’isolant électrique (302) présentant une face supérieure (304) à l’opposé du premier conducteur électrique principal (106B), ledit circuit électrique (110) étant collé sur ledit dissipateur de chaleur (704) via un élément de liaison électriquement isolant (900), et un élément coupe-feu (404) s’étendant au moins contre 85% d’une partie (604) de la face supérieure (304) de l’isolant électrique (302) ou s’étendant à une distance prédéfinie d’au moins 85% d’une partie (604) de la face supérieure (304) de l’isolant électrique (302), cette partie (604) regroupant le ou les points de la face supérieure (304) de l’isolant électrique (302) les plus proches du premier composant électrique (112).
