Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une roue de véhicule, comprenant les étapes suivantes :fourniture d'une jante (2) en tôle métallique comprenant, sur son côté axialement extérieur, un rebord extérieur (27), une portée de talon extérieure (26) et une bosse de retenue (25), ainsi qu'une base de jante (24) raccordée à la portée de talon extérieure (26) par l'intermédiaire de la bosse de retenue (25),fourniture d'un disque (3) en alliage léger comprenant une partie couvrante (31) et une partie de raccordement (32) faisant axialement saillie de la partie couvrante (31), dans lequel la partie couvrante (31) comprend une pluralité de rayons angulairement espacés, qui s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur à partir d'une partie centrale de la partie couvrante (31), dans lequel au moins un évidement (34 ; 34') est formé sur la partie de raccordement (32), un insert respectif (35) en tôle métallique étant disposé dans ledit au moins un évidement,montage de la partie de raccordement (32) du disque (3) sur une surface radialement intérieure de la jante (2), etapplication d'un faisceau à haute énergie sur une région (28) de la jante (2) qui est superposée sur l'insert (35) de la partie de raccordement (32), pour souder l'insert (35) à la jante (2).
