Abstract
Un dispositif (10) de chauffage d’eau destinée à alimenter un local en eau chaude sanitaire comprend un chauffe-eau (12) ayant une direction longitudinale (L) et un volume (V). Une première sonde de température (31) dans le volume se situe selon la direction longitudinale à une première hauteur (H1, H1’) à partir de l’extrémité basse telle qu’un volume d’eau entre l’extrémité basse et la première hauteur représente environ entre 10% et 20% du volume du chauffe-eau, de préférence entre 13% et 17% du volume du chauffe-eau, et de préférence encore 15% du volume du chauffe-eau.
