L’invention concerne un pare-soleil (2) pour véhicule automobile, le pare-soleil comportant un dispositif de fixation comportant une partie fixe destinée à être fixée au toit (10) d’un véhicule automobile et une partie pivotante, la partie pivotante étant apte à pivoter entre une première position et une deuxième position ; le dispositif comportant un dispositif de rappel élastique permettant de solliciter la partie pivotante : - vers la première position (I) si la partie pivotante se trouve entre la première position (II) et une position intermédiaire limite (III) ; - vers la deuxième position (II) si la partie pivotante se trouve entre la position intermédiaire limite (III) et la deuxième position (II).
