Swimming rod (10) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, in which each fin (13) and the body (11) are made of a single piece.

Swimming rod (20, 30) according to one of claims 1 to 3, in which each fin (23, 33, 43) is a piece attached to the body (21, 31) of the rod.

Swimming rod (20) according to claim 5, in which at least one fin (23) is attached by an external clamp (27) to the body (21) of the rod.

Swimming rod (30) according to claim 5, in which at least one fin (33) is attached to the body (31) by inserting and/or screwing a part (38) of the fin into the body (31) of the stick.

Swimming stick (10, 20, 30) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, in which at least one fin (13, 23, 33, 43) consists of a flexible material.

Swimming stick (40) according to one of Claims 1 to 8, which also comprises handles (29) for actuating the fins (43).

Accessory (50) for forming a rod according to one of Claims 1 to 9 by attachment to a flexible body (51) of density less than one and which can take a straight shape along a straight line (52) or a shape in "U" in which its ends are parallel, this accessory having a maximum lateral extension (54) measured perpendicular to said line at least one and a half times and, preferably, twice greater than the average lateral extension (55) of the body, average measured over the entire length of the body and in all directions perpendicular to said straight line and a fixing means (57, 58) on said body.
