L’invention propose un procédé d’adaptation d’une consigne numérique d’éclairage destinée à être projetée par une unité d’éclairage numérique pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant une source lumineuse matricielle et un système optique. Le procédé comprend une étape d’adaptation de la consigne numérique. L’adaptation prend en compte les interférences entre sources lumineuses élémentaires de la source lumineuse matricielle, à travers leur réponse lumineuse.
