Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce métallique L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce métallique (1) comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : la formation (120) par fabrication additive d’une ébauche (12) d’une première portion de la pièce à fabriquer comprenant un premier liant et une première poudre métallique présente dans le premier liant, la formation (110) par moulage par injection d’une ébauche (10a, 10b ; 23) d’une deuxième portion de la pièce à fabriquer comprenant un deuxième liant et une deuxième poudre métallique présente dans le deuxième liant, le déliantage (130) de l’ébauche de la première portion et de l’ébauche de la deuxième portion, et le frittage conjoint (150) de la première ébauche déliantée (12’) et de la deuxième ébauche déliantée (10a’, 10b’) pour obtenir la pièce (1), la première et la deuxième ébauches étant en contact lors du frittage.
