Abstract
COMMUTATEUR DE PUISSANCE, LARGE BANDE HAUTES FREQUENCES ET DISPOSITIF INTEGRANT DES COMMUTATEURS DE PUISSANCE La présente invention a pour objet un commutateur de puissance (C) comprenant une ligne d’entrée d’impédance caractéristique Z0, une ligne de sortie d’impédance caractéristique Z0, et une zone de commutation connectée en série entre la ligne d’entrée et la ligne de sortie, la zone de commutation étant constituée par N branches conductrices bi en parallèle, avec N un entier supérieur ou égal à 2 et i appartenant à {1, …, N}, chaque branche conductrice bi ayant, de la ligne d’entrée à la ligne de sortie du commutateur, une portion de ligne d’entrée d’impédance caractéristique Zbei en série avec un circuit de commutation ci en série avec une portion de ligne de sortie d’impédance caractéristique Zbsi, caractérisé par le fait que le circuit de commutation ci est configuré, dans un premier état, pour bloquer le passage d’un signal entre la portion de ligne d’entrée et la portion de ligne de sortie de la branche conductrice bi et, dans un second état, pour transmettre un signal entre la portion de ligne d’entrée et la portion de ligne de sortie de la branche conductrice bi avec un coefficient de réflexion inférieur ou égal à 0,316, chacune des impédances caractéristiques Zbei et Zbsi étant comprise entre 0,75*N*Z0 et 1,35*N*Z0.
