Méthode de diagnostic d’un vieillissement prématuré de la peau La présente invention concerne une méthode de diagnostic d’un vieillissement prématuré de la peau, en particulier liées à la pollution, chez un sujet, comprenant une étape (a) de détermination, dans un échantillon de peau du sujet, du niveau d’au moins un marqueur choisi dans le groupe constitué des champignons comprenant un acide nucléique codant une région ITS1 (« Internal Transcribed Spacer 1 ») de séquence au moins 90% identique à la séquence SEQ ID NO : 1, SEQ ID NO : 2, SEQ ID NO : 3, SEQ ID NO : 4, SEQ ID NO : 5 ou SEQ ID NO : 6, et éventuellement des champignons comprenant un acide nucléique codant une région ITS1 de séquence au moins 90% identique à la séquence SEQ ID NO : 7, SEQ ID NO : 8, SEQ ID NO : 9 ou SEQ ID NO : 10.
