Abstract

Procédé de synthèse de peptides ou protéines ou peptidomimétiques par élongation successive de la deuxième extrémité (fonction amine primaire ou secondaire, hydroxyle ou thiol) d’une chaîne peptidique ou protéique ou peptidomimétique par des unités, caractérisé en ce que : lesdites unités sont sélectionnées dans le groupe formé par : les acides α, β ou γ-aminés, les acides α, β ou γ-hydroxylés, les α, β ou γ-mercapto acides (naturels ou non naturels ou synthétiques), les molécules ayant au moins deux groupements fonctionnels ; la première extrémité dudit peptide ou protéine ou peptidomimétique est fixée par une liaison covalente à une molécule d’ancrage soluble dans des solvants organiques tels que les solvants halogénés (chlorure de méthylène, chloroforme), l’acétate d’éthyle, le tétrahydrofurane, le 2-méthyletétrahydrofurane, l’isooctane, le cyclohexane, l’hexane(s), le méthylcyclohexane, le méthyl tert-butyl éther ou des solvants aromatiques tels que le benzène ou le toluène ou tout autre solvant adéquat.
