Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé non invasif de détermination du genre d'un œuf (O), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : Emission de signaux électromagnétiques d'excitation (EX) de fluorescence en direction de l'œuf (O) en une ou plusieurs zones d'excitation (Z_i,j) distinctes, Réception de la fluorescence (FL) émise par l'œuf (O) après excitation sur chaque zone d'excitation et génération de signaux de fluorescence, Détermination d'une signature de fluorescence (S_FL) à partir des signaux de fluorescence obtenus pour chaque zone d'excitation, Analyse de la signature de fluorescence (S_FL) déterminée pour définir le genre de l'œuf.
