- Un couvercle (9) situé en partie haute, sur ladite jupe (7), dans lequel ledit couvercle (9) comprend à son tour, sur sa face inférieure, des moyens de fermeture qui coopèrent avec le bord supérieur (6) du goulot (1) du récipient et, sur sa face supérieure, une languette (10) constituée par le prolongement de la partie postérieure de ladite face supérieure ; et
- Un sceau (13) qui fait ressortir si la fermeture a été utilisée et qui, une fois ouvert, ne crée pas de déchet car il reste fixé au bouchon ;
dans lequel jupe (7) et couvercle (9) s'articulent l'un à l'autre au moyen de deux bandes élastiques (11) qui, à leur extrémité supérieure, sont fixées au couvercle (9) et, à leur extrémité inférieure, sont fixées à la jupe (7) ; et
dans lequel la jupe (7) comprend un talon (12) constitué par le prolongement vertical de la zone de ladite jupe (7) située entre les bandes élastiques (11),

- A ring-shaped skirt (7) located at the lower part;
- A cover (9) located in the upper part, on said skirt (7), in which said cover (9) in turn comprises, on its underside, closing means which cooperate with the upper edge (6) of the neck (1) of the container and, on its upper face, a tongue (10) formed by the extension of the rear part of said upper face; and
- A seal (13) which shows whether the closure has been used and which, once opened, does not create waste because it remains attached to the cap;
in which skirt (7) and cover (9) are articulated to each other by means of two elastic bands (11) which, at their upper end, are fixed to the cover (9) and, at their lower end , are fixed to the skirt (7); and
in which the skirt (7) comprises a heel (12) formed by the vertical extension of the zone of said skirt (7) located between the elastic bands (11),
characterized in that
the heel (12) has a height such that its upper end (12') is located below the upper edge (6) of the neck (1) of the container so that it is not in contact with the neck ( 1) of the container during the closing or opening of the packaging.

- the skirt (7) has a diameter greater than that of the upper projection of the neck (1) and comprises a harpoon (8) on its internal face which prevents said skirt (7) from being extracted from above when it is mounted on the neck (1).
