Abstract

Installation de lavage d’emballages déjà utilisés et procédé de lavage. Installation (1) comportant des moyens d’acheminement (10) d’un panier (3) comportant des emballages (E) déjà utilisés depuis une zone de préparation à un berceau dans une chambre de travail (2), des moyens de rotation du berceau dans la chambre de travail (2), au moins un réseau de canalisations reliant la chambre de travail (2) à un réservoir (4) de produit de lavage, au moins un autre réseau de canalisations reliant la chambre de travail (2) à un réservoir (5) de produit de rinçage, l’installation (1) comportant en outre des moyens de lavage, de rinçage et de séchage des emballages (E) dans la chambre de travail (2), caractérisée par le fait que l’installation (1) comporte des moyens de mise au vide (7) de la chambre de travail (2) configurés pour que au moins le lavage et le rinçage des emballages (E) se fassent sous vide. Procédé de lavage d’emballages (E) notamment alimentaires déjà utilisés, ledit procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : - on installe un panier (3) d’emballages (E) dans un berceau d’une chambre de travail (2), - on met au vide la pression dans la chambre de travail (2) et on fait tourner le berceau sur lui-même, - on lance au moins un cycle de lavage, - on lance au moins un cycle de rinçage, - on lance un cycle de séchage. Installation (1) comprising means (10) for conveying a basket (3) comprising packages (E) already used from a preparation area to a cradle in a working chamber (2), means for rotating the cradle in the working chamber (2), at least one network of pipes connecting the working chamber (2) to a tank (4) of detergent, at least one other network of pipes connecting the working chamber (2) to a reservoir (5) of rinsing product, the installation (1) further comprising means for washing, rinsing and drying the packages (E) in the working chamber (2), characterized in that the installation (1) comprises vacuum means (7) of the working chamber (2) configured so that at least the washing and rinsing of the packages (E) are done under vacuum. Method for washing packaging (E), in particular food packaging that has already been used, said method comprising the following steps: - a basket (3) of packaging (E) is installed in a cradle of a working chamber (2), - releases the pressure in the working chamber (2) and the cradle is rotated on itself, - at least one washing cycle is launched, - at least one rinse cycle is launched, - a drying.
