Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, only a partial structural schematic view of a commercial dishwasher 100 is shown, which is related to a rinse water recirculation system of the dishwasher. In fig. 1 and 2, a support 10 for supporting and mounting internal components is included, and the internal components are fixed to the support 10 by conventional fixing means. The bracket 10 is provided with a cleaning water tank 11 and a strong spray water tank 24 which are respectively used for collecting cleaning spray water and strong spray water. Above the washing tub 11 and the heavy spray tub 24, there is a dish conveying device (not shown) for conveying dishes from the washing tub 11 toward the heavy spray tub 24, and since the conveying device is not strongly related to the rinse water recirculation system of the present invention, its schematic view is omitted for the sake of brevity.
The high-temperature spray pipe 16, the powerful spray pipe 17 and the cleaning spray pipe 20 are arranged above the support 10, the high-temperature spray pipe 16 and the powerful spray pipe 17 comprise spray pipes which are parallel up and down, the tableware can be sprayed from the up and down directions, and the upper spray pipe and the lower spray pipe are connected through a vertical pipe.
The high-temperature spray pipe 16 is connected with a water supply device M through a vertical pipe 32, and the water supply device M continuously supplies hot water to the high-temperature spray pipe 16. The water supply device M comprises a heating bag 13 and a water pump 12 connected with a water inlet 131 of the heating bag through a pipeline 123; the water outlet 132 of the heating bag 13 is connected with the high-temperature spray pipe 16 through a pipeline 14. The purpose of the water pump 12 is to increase the water spraying pressure of the high temperature spray pipe 16 to obtain a better spraying effect, and in an equivalent scheme, the high temperature spray pipe 16 can be directly connected with a tap water pipeline, and the high temperature spraying is performed by using the natural pressure of the tap water pipeline. The heating bag 13 is used for heating water and then conveying the heated water to the high-temperature spray pipe 16, and the high-temperature spray pipe has stronger dirt-removing capacity and has the effect of sterilizing and disinfecting tableware.
The residual water sprayed by the high-temperature spray pipe 16 after the tableware is cleaned is collected by the powerful spray water tank 24, so that water with high cleanliness is injected into the powerful spray water tank 24, and the powerful spray pipe 17 is connected with the powerful spray water tank 24 through a water pump 25 and is used for recycling the water in the powerful spray water tank 24 through the water pump 25. The upper tube of the power shower 17 has two types of nozzles including: a plurality of first nozzles 171 distributed along the extension of their own main pipe and a second nozzle 181 remote from said first nozzles. The second nozzles 181 are provided on the branch pipes 18 perpendicular to the main pipe 17, and the second nozzles 181 are located at the ends of the branch pipes 18. The residual water after washing the tableware, which is sprayed from the first nozzle 17, is collected by the strong spray water tank 24; the residual water after washing the tableware, which is sprayed from the second nozzle 181, is collected by the washing water tank 11, and the filtering nets 15 are disposed on the surfaces of the strong spraying water tank 24 and the washing water tank 11 to filter the dregs washed off the tableware. The second nozzle 181 is designed to allow a part of the high power shower water to flow into the washing tub 11, to continuously supply the washing tub 11 with water having relatively high cleanliness, and to discharge the sewage in the high power shower tub 24 while maintaining stable cleanliness in the high power shower tub 24.
The residual water after washing the tableware, which is sprayed 181 from the second nozzle of the strong spray pipe 17, is collected by the washing water tank 11, and the washing spray pipe 20 is connected with the washing water tank 11 through a water pump 26; the remaining water after washing dishes sprayed from the washing nozzle 20 is collected in the washing tub 11 and is recycled by the water pump 26. A drain pipe 23 is provided above the washing tub 11, and when the water level in the washing tub 11 reaches the same height as the drain pipe 23, the oil stain above the tub is discharged.
The interior of the washing tub 11 includes a heating device 30 that heats the water in the washing tub 11 to a suitable temperature during the operation of the washing tub 11.
The bottom of the heavy spray water tank 24 and the cleaning water tank 11 is provided with a lower water opening which is connected with a lower water pipe 29 through a pipeline 28; which is sealed by the plunger 30 when the dishwasher is in operation. The plunger 30 is always sealed when the dishwasher is in operation, and the plunger 30 can be pulled out by an operator after the dishwasher is stopped so as to discharge water in the strong spray water tank 24 and the cleaning water tank 11.
The technical principle of the scheme is further explained according to the water flow direction. The water supply first enters the water supply device M through the pipe 34, the water supply device M comprises a water pump 12 and a heating pack 13 arranged downstream of the water pump, and the water pump 12 works to give a certain water pressure to the water in the pipe 123 to make the water spray out more effectively. Water in the water pump 12 enters the heating bag through a pipeline 123, is heated by the heating bag 13 to form high-temperature water, and the high-temperature water enters the high-temperature spray pipe 16 through a pipeline 14 and is sprayed out from a nozzle of the high-temperature spray pipe 16. The sprayed high-temperature water falls into a strong spray water tank 24 after washing tableware, and water in the strong spray water tank 24 with a water storage function is pumped by a water pump 25 and flows to the strong spray pipe 17 through a pipeline. The water sprayed by the powerful spray pipe 17 is divided into two parts: a part of the water sprayed 171 through the first nozzles of the upper and lower showers returns to the high power shower tub 24 after washing the dishes, and the other part of the water is sprayed 181 through the second nozzles of the upper showers 17 and then enters the washing tub 11. One part of water in the cleaning water tank 11 is conveyed to the cleaning spray pipe 20 through the water pump 26, the cleaning spray pipe 20 sprays cleaning tableware and returns to the cleaning water tank 11, and the other part of water in the cleaning water tank 11 is discharged through the water outlet pipe 23 above the cleaning water tank 11. When the machine is stopped, the plunger 30 is pulled out, and the water in the cleaning water tank and the strong spraying water tank is discharged from the water discharge pipe 29
In summary, the high-temperature spray water is used for washing the tableware by the powerful spray, and the water used for washing the tableware by the powerful spray enters the powerful spray water tank 24 and is pumped out by the water pump 25 for reuse, so that the inside of the powerful spray water tank 24 can be recycled. Part of water which is sprayed out from the strong spray pipe 17 in the strong spray water tank 24 enters the cleaning water tank 11, and is circularly pumped out by the water pump 25 in the cleaning water tank 11 for spraying, so that the purposes of repeated use for many times and water saving in a multi-stage water tank are realized. Meanwhile, after high-temperature spraying, the water still has residual temperature, and can be directly used without heating the water in the strong spraying water tank during strong spraying. Similarly, after the strong spraying, the water entering the cleaning water tank 11 has a temperature which can meet the cleaning water temperature requirement only by heating a small amount, thereby achieving the effects of saving water and electricity.

1. A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher, comprising: the high-temperature spray pipe is connected with the water supply device through a pipeline, and the water supply device continuously supplies hot water to the high-temperature spray pipe; the strong spraying water tank is a strong spraying pipe connected with the strong spraying water tank through a water pump; the strong spraying water tank is used for collecting residual water after the tableware is cleaned and sprayed out by the high-temperature spraying pipe and part of the residual water after the tableware is cleaned and sprayed out by the strong spraying pipe; the cleaning water tank is a cleaning spray pipe connected with the cleaning water tank through a water pump; the washing water tank is used for collecting part of residual water after washing the tableware and sprayed by the strong spray pipe and residual water after washing the tableware and sprayed by the washing spray pipe.
2. A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein said water supply means comprises a heating pack and a water pump connected to a water inlet of said heating pack through a pipe; and the water outlet of the heating bag is connected with the high-temperature spray pipe through a pipeline.

A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher, according to claim 1, wherein said power spray pipe comprises a plurality of first spray nozzles distributed along its extension direction, and a second spray nozzle remote from said first spray nozzles, said first spray nozzles spraying residual water after washing dishes being collected by said power spray tank; and the residual water sprayed by the second nozzle after the tableware is cleaned is collected by the cleaning water tank.

A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher of claim 3 wherein said spray pipe comprises a main pipe and a branch pipe perpendicular to said main pipe, said first spray nozzles being distributed on said main pipe and said second spray nozzles being located at the distal end of said branch pipe.

A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein said powerspray flume has a lower water opening at the bottom thereof, said lower water opening being connected to a lower water pipe by a pipe; the drain opening is sealed by a plunger when the dishwasher is in operation.
6. A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein said wash tank has a water outlet at an upper end thereof, said water outlet being connected to a drain pipe through a water outlet pipe.
7. A triple rinse water recirculation system for a dishwasher, according to claim 1, wherein said wash tank includes heating means therein.
