L’invention concerne un dispositif ou insert (13) de fixation d’une orthèse suro-pédieuse ou cruro-pédieuse à un dispositif (11) d’abduction, qui comporte : - un corps (21) délimitant un logement (28) de réception d’une portion (15) d’extrémité du dispositif (11) d’abduction ; - un dispositif (17, 18, 20) de verrouillage de la portion (15) d’extrémité du dispositif d’abduction dans le logement (28), qui est monté mobile par rapport au corps (21) entre une position de déverrouillage de la portion (15) d’extrémité du dispositif d’abduction dans le logement et une position de verrouillage de la portion (15) d’extrémité du dispositif d’abduction dans le logement, une partie (20) du dispositif de verrouillage faisant saillie à l’extérieur du corps (21); et - des moyens (19) de rappel du dispositif (17, 18, 20) de verrouillage dans la position de verrouillage, qui coopèrent avec – en particulier prennent appui sur – le corps (21) et le dispositif (17, 18, 20) de verrouillage.
