Description

Safety belt buckle connecting device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safety device for high-altitude operation; in particular to a safety belt buckle connecting device.
Background
Based on the specification requirements of work safety, when the operating personnel is engaged in high-altitude operation, the prevention and control of accidents need to be done, for example: the harness is worn on the body and connected to a safety belt having a buckle, and the safety belt is fixed to the support. When the worker falls carelessly, the hanging strip and the safety belt can hang and pull the worker, so that the regret that the worker falls from a high place to cause casualty is prevented.
U.S. patent No. US9435484B1, "safety joint connector", discloses a conventional safety joint connector 3 for connecting a strap 1 to a buckle 2. As shown in fig. 1, the safety joint connector 3 comprises a shaft 3a capable of passing through the position 1a of the harness 1, a U-shaped member 3b, and two locking members (not shown) for fixing the shaft 3a in the U-shaped member 3b, wherein the U-shaped member 3b is used for the buckle 2 to be sleeved thereon, and the buckle 2 is connected with the safety belt 4; the two ends of the U-shaped member 3b form a first sleeve 31b and a second sleeve 32b, respectively, and the shaft 3a slidably passes through the first sleeve 31b and the second sleeve 32 b.
When the shaft 3a passes through the first sleeve 31b and the second sleeve 32b, a first portion 31a of the shaft 3a is located in the first sleeve 31b, and a second portion 32a of the shaft 3a is located in the second sleeve 32 b; the two locking elements can fix the first portion 31a of the shaft 3a in the first sleeve 31b, and the two locking elements are perpendicular to each other to limit the sliding of the shaft 3a relative to the U-shaped element 3 b.
When in use, after the user needs to unlock the two locking members, the shaft 3a is operated to slide the second portion 32a of the shaft 3a away from the second sleeve 32b, the retaining ring 2 is sleeved on the second sleeve 32b of the U-shaped member 3b, and the second portion 32a of the shaft 3a penetrates the second sleeve 32b, so that the shaft 3a is limited to slide by the two locking members.
When using the conventional safety joint connector 3, the user may easily disengage the shaft 3a from the wearable portion 1a of the strap 1 (see the imaginary line in fig. 1) due to careless operation, so that after the user puts the buckle 2 on the U-shaped member 3b, the user needs to combine the strap 1 with the buckle 2 by putting the shaft 3a on the wearable portion 1a of the strap 1 and putting the shaft 3a through the second sleeve 32b, which not only increases the steps of using the safety joint connector 3, but also increases the difficulty of operating the safety joint connector 3 for the user wearing the gloves since the user may wear the gloves during the operation, and makes the use of the safety joint connector 3 more inconvenient.

The above description is made of the respective components and the positions thereof of the seatbelt buckle connecting apparatus 100 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The usage of the composition is described below. Referring to fig. 5a and fig. 4b again, an external force F1 is applied to the slider 22, so that the slider 22 moves along the wall of the sliding slot 13 and away from the engaging slot 15, and drives the bolt 24 to move from the first position P1 to the second position P2, so that the locking portion 241 of the bolt 24 is away from the positioning hole 72a of the bolt 70.
At the same time, please refer to fig. 7a and 7b, another external force F2 is applied to the second locking element 60, so that the second locking element 60 moves from the third position P3 to the fourth position P4 inside the second receiving groove 12, and the first portion 71 of the bolt 70 is located in the second hole portion 62a of the pivot hole 60 a.
When the second latch 60 is at the fourth position P4, since the second portion 72 of the bolt 70 is no longer limited in the slot 15 by the locking portion 241 and the fifth width R5 of the first portion 71 of the bolt 70 is smaller than the second width R2, the bolt 70 can be operated to pivot along the arc surface of the second hole portion 62a of the pivot hole 60a to the open position S2 (see fig. 8).
As shown in fig. 9, since the fifth width R5 is greater than the third width R3, when the pin 70 pivots to a predetermined angle, the first portion 71 of the pin 70 abuts against the two protrusions 62, so as to limit the pivoting angle of the pin 70.
The operator can combine the body 10 with the harness and put the buckle on the safety belt on the bolt 70. Then, the bolt 70 is pivoted back to the closed position S1, after the first portion 71 of the bolt 70 leaves the hole wall of the second hole portion 62a of the pivot hole 60a, the compressed second elastic member 50 is released to push the second locking member 60 to the third position P3, so as to lock the first portion 71 of the bolt 70; the external force F1 for operating the slider 22 is removed, the compressed first elastic member 30 is released and pushes the bolt rod 24 to return to the first position P1, so that the locking portion 241 is locked in the positioning hole 72a of the bolt 70 to lock the second portion 72 of the bolt 70, and the connection between the strap and the safety belt is completed.
In addition, since the stop ring 80 is sleeved on the first portion 71 of the bolt 70, the protrusion 721 is formed at the end of the second portion 72 of the bolt 70; when the buckle connection device 100 is used, the retaining ring 80, the protrusion 721 and the buckle are respectively located at two sides of the body 10, so that when the plug 70 is pulled by an external force, the retaining ring 80 and the protrusion 721 respectively abut against the hole edge of the through hole 16 and the groove edge of the slot 15, thereby preventing the plug 70 from slipping out of the body 10.
Since the bolt 70 can be operated to pivot with respect to the body 10, when the buckle connecting device 100 is operated, the body 10 connected to the harness is not easily affected by the pivoting of the bolt 70, and the bolt 70 is not separated from the body 10 during unlocking to locking; in addition, the first locking part 20 and the second locking part 60 can be unlocked easily, and when the latch 70 is returned to the closed position S1, the first locking part 20 and the second locking part 60 automatically lock the latch 70, so that the safety belt buckle connecting device 100 can be operated easily even though an operator wears gloves.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent modifications within the scope of the present invention and the appended claims should be understood as included in the present invention.
