Abstract

TRAVERSE INFERIEURE DE BAIE DE PARE-BRISE L’invention porte concerne une traverse inférieure de baie (101) de pare-brise pour véhicule automobile. Cette traverse (101) comprend une tôle emboutie (103) en forme de poutre qui présente un rebord longitudinal formant une surface de réception (117) du pare-brise, et des moyens de renfort (121) de cet embouti (103). Ces moyens de renfort (121) sont en particuliers disposés sous la surface de réception (117) du pare-brise et prennent appui sur la tôle emboutie (103) de manière à, lors d’un choc piéton, limiter une déformation de la tôle emboutie (103) et absorber une partie de l’énergie du choc.
