Abstract

L’invention est relative à une boîte de conserve (1) métallique comprenant un corps de boîte (3) creux fermé par au moins un fond (2), ladite boîte étant remplie partiellement de produits sous atmosphère non oxydante, ladite boîte de conserve étant configurée pour subir un traitement thermique à une température supérieure à 100°C, et dans laquelle ledit au moins un fond (2) est déformable, configuré pour se déformer vers l’extérieur sous l’élévation de la pression interne lors de la stérilisation, de manière réversible, et revenir en position rentrée au moins après mise en œuvre du traitement thermique et refroidissement de la boîte, ledit fond étant déformable élastiquement, avec deux positions, y compris une première position (P1) concave dans laquelle le fond est rentré vers l’intérieur et une deuxième position (P2), convexe, dans laquelle le fond est sorti vers l’extérieur et dans laquelle la première position et la deuxième position sont stables à température ambiante Figure abrégé N°3
