Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’ostéosynthèse à plaque et vis pour la réduction d’une fracture osseuse, lequel dispositif d’ostéosynthèse (1) comprend une plaque d’ostéosynthèse (2) munie d’un orifice oblong (4) adapté pour coopérer avec une vis de fixation (5). Conformément à l’invention, les parois latérales qui délimitent ensemble le pourtour dudit orifice oblong (4) comportent une pluralité de rainures annulaires (43) parallèles entre elles, et le contour de tête de la tête (51) de la vis de fixation (5) est muni d’un filetage de tête (54) adapté pour coopérer avec lesdites rainures annulaires (43) du pourtour des parois dudit orifice oblong (4), pour obtenir un verrouillage de ladite vis (5) sur ladite plaque d’ostéosynthèse (2).
