Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce (10) composite à partir d’une feuille (11) de matériau pré-imprégné, comportant les étapes suivantes : dépôt d’au moins une couche (14a-14e) de matériau consommable sur un outillage (12) formant moule, drapage de la feuille de matériau pré-imprégné sur l’au-moins une couche (14a-14e) en matériau consommable, cuisson de l’ensemble formé par l’au-moins une couche (14a-14e) de matériau consommable et la feuille de matériau pré-imprégné. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que l’au moins une couche (14a-14e) de matériau consommable est mise sous vide avant le drapage de la feuille de matériau pré-imprégné sur-celui-ci, de manière à compacter l’au. l’au moins une couche (14a-14e) de matériau consommable sur l’outillage.
