Abstract

The invention relates to a bag comprising a closure assembly comprising a first and a second support veil (30, 35) connected respectively to a first and to a second wall (10, 20) of the bag and each comprising a closure element (6 , 7) complementary. The first support web (30) has an upper edge (33) adjacent to the mouth and an adjacent lower edge (34) at the bottom and is fixed to the first wall (10) at its upper edge (33) so continuous between the lateral sides of the bag (1). Technical area

The present invention relates to the field of packaging bags.

More specifically, the present invention relates to the field of packaging bags comprising opening / closing means, for example and not limited to in the form of complementary profiles.

Prior art

Many packaging bags and many closing devices for this purpose have already been proposed.

Most closing devices known for this purpose include two complementary sections, for example of the male / female type or of the velvet / hook type, or even of the complementary hook type, carried by respective support webs.

Document LR 2 628 067 has in particular proposed a bag comprising two main walls comprising two complementary closure profiles carried by respective support webs fixed respectively to the walls. One of the support webs is fixed to the wall of the corresponding bag in a conventional manner, for example by welding its upper edge and its lower edge to the wall of the bag or, alternatively, by welding its entire surface to the wall from the sachet. The other support veil on the other hand is fixed on the associated wall at the level of a fixing zone which is not superimposed on the profile but offset with respect to this in order to articulate this support veil on the wall at the level of the attachment area. As described in document LR 2 628 067, the above arrangement makes it possible to prevent the internal pressure in the bag from being applied to the closure profiles and tending to separate them. Indeed, the separation of the walls of the bag (in order to open the latter) leads to a possible pivoting of the support veil at the hinge zone formed by its fixing, without risk of separation of the closure profiles.

The sachets meeting this provision have already rendered great services and make the reopening of the sachet difficult, so as to assure its user that its contents cannot be brought out easily.

It has also been proposed in document ER 2 963 927 that the two support webs are fixed in zones located at a distance and on either side of the corresponding complementary profiles so that one of the articulated webs is directed towards the inside the bag while the other articulated sail is directed towards its mouth.

These sachets are even more resistant to internal and external stresses on the walls of the sachet, to such an extent that it is now very difficult to open them without damaging the closure device or the walls of the sachet.

However, in some cases, it may be necessary to be able to open the sachet without damaging it, in order to access its content while being sure of being able to close it after opening.

Such a bag finds for example application in the field of packaging of harmful products, such as laundry tablets. Indeed, it is important to be able to guarantee to users that the sachet remains closed between two uses, in order to prevent in particular children from accessing its content, while leaving the possibility for parents to open and close the sachet. repeatedly without risk of damaging it, and preferably without successive openings and closings being too difficult.

It was therefore proposed in document WO 2016/162534 a bag comprising a closure assembly comprising a first and a second support web connected respectively to the first and to the second wall and each comprising a complementary closure element. The first support veil is connected discontinuously along its length to the first wall of the bag so as to provide at least one passage between this first support veil and the first wall of the bag from outside the bag. By inserting his thumb in this passage, a user can thus locally deform the first support veil by modifying the local relative orientation of the closure elements when the walls of the bag are separated, which facilitates the separation of the complementary closure elements.

Such a bag allows easy opening by an adult, while effectively preventing children from accessing the contents of the bag.

However, it emerges that industrially, such a bag can be difficult to manufacture at a high rate, due to the difficulties of making the passage. Summary of the invention

An object of the invention is therefore to provide a bag comprising opening / closing means, for example and not limited to in the form of complementary profiles, and having a system for opening said opening / closing means quickly and easily by an adult and which is also easily industrializable.

For this, the invention provides a sachet comprising:

· A first and a second wall connected together so as to define lateral sides, a mouth and a bottom of the bag and • a closure assembly comprising a first and a second support web connected respectively to the first and to the second wall and each comprising a complementary closure element.

The first support veil has an upper edge adjacent to the mouth and a lower edge adjacent to the bottom and being fixed on the first wall at its upper edge continuously between the lateral sides of the bag. Furthermore, a through window is formed in the first support web, between the closure element and its upper edge, said window being closed and not opening onto the upper edge, so as to allow local deformation of the first clean support web. modifying the local relative orientation of the closure elements when the walls of the bag are separated and facilitating the opening of the closure assembly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT

A bag 1 comprises, conventionally per se, a first and a second wall

10, 20 connected together so as to define a bottom 2, lateral sides 3 and a mouth 4 of the bag 1, the mouth 4 extending opposite its bottom 2.

The bag 1 can be produced using a single sheet folded back on itself and welded on two sides or several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their sides, preferably according to edges connecting the walls and forming the lateral sides and the bottom 2 of the bag 1.

The bag 1 further comprises a closure assembly. The closure assembly extends close to the mouth.

The closure assembly comprises a first and a second support web 30, 35 respectively connected to the first and to the second wall 10, 20. Each support web 30, 35 carries at least one complementary closing element 6, 7 , for example of the complementary profile type, velvet / hook band, etc.

The first support web 30 has an upper part 31 ending at its free end (mouth side 4) with an upper edge 33 and a lower part 32 ending at its free end (bottom side 2) by a lower edge 34. The lower part 32 also carries all or part of the closure element 6.

The first support web 30 is fixed continuously on the first wall 10 at its upper edge 33, over its entire length between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1, along a first weld line 11. Such fixing is conventional and can therefore be carried out easily at high speed on an industrial scale.

The weld 11 may be of the thermal weld type, an ultrasonic weld, for example by spots, or both (carried out successively).

In order to allow a deformation of the first support web 30 capable of modifying the relative orientation of the closure elements 6, 7 when the walls of the bag 1 are separated and to facilitate the opening of the closure assembly, a window is made in the first support web 30 between its upper edge 33 and the closing element 6, at a distance from the first weld line 11, said window 40 allowing access to the internal face of the first wall 10 at through the first support web 30, from the outside of the bag 1. The window 40 thus formed in the first support web 30 is closed and does not open onto the upper edge 33 of the first support web 30.

The window is made in only part of said support web 30, so that it does not extend over the entire length or the entire height of the support web 30. By "length, we understand the dimension that s extends along the direction of extension of the closure assembly, between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1, by "height" is understood the dimension which extends perpendicular to the direction of extension of the closure assembly , from the mouth 4 to the bottom 2 of the bag 1.

Preferably, the window 40 does not open onto the closing element 6 in order to guarantee the tightness of the bag. In other words, the closure element 6 is continuous over its entire length between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1.

The realization of such a window 40 is particularly advantageous in the case of a bag 1 whose closure assembly is difficult to open, such as a closure assembly articulated on at least one of the walls of the bag 1, but also finds application when the closure assembly is conventional (non-articulated) and made for example of polypropylene since such closure assemblies 3 are very difficult to open from the outside, even by an adult. In fact, to open the closure assembly, a user need only:

· Introduce one of his thumbs from the outside of the bag 1 - either through the mouth - so as to grip the second wall 20 and the second support web 35, • introduce his second thumb into the mouth of the bag 1 in the window 40 (see FIG. 3) in order to grasp the internal face of the first wall 10, behind the first support web 30. In this position, the support webs 30, 35 are substantially parallel one to the other, and • to apply a force to the walls 10, 20 using the first inch and the second inch shown in FIG. 3 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the closure assembly in order to separate them.

To increase the force applied by the first wall 10 on the first support web 30 when opening the bag 1 through the window 40, the lower part 32 of the first support web 30 can also be fixed on the first wall 10. For this, the lower part 32 can be fixed along at least one second weld line 12 continues between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1, at any height between the zone of the lower part 32 of the first support web 30 which carries the closure element 6 and its lower edge 34. For example, the second weld line 12 can extend at the level of the lower edge 34 or at the level of the closure element 6. Where appropriate , the bag 1 can comprise both a second weld line 12 at the lower edge 34 of the first support web 30 and a third weld line 13 at the closure element 6.

Alternatively, the lower part 32 of the first support web 30 can be fixed discontinuously on the first wall 10 of the bag, as long as this discontinuity does not prevent the transmission of the forces applied by the thumb on the wall 10. To this end, at least the portion of the lower part 32 of the first support web 30 which is underlying the window 40 is connected to the first wall 10.

In practice, the window 40 allows the thumb to pass from the other side of the support web 30 in order to locate the point of application of the force near the closure elements 6, 7 or the lower part. 32 of the first support web 30 (depending on the height of the window 40, of the fixing areas of the lower part 32 of the first support web 30 and the depth of insertion of the thumb of the user in the window 40) (see the Figures 2 and 3). In this way, when the walls are separated, gripping the first wall 10 behind the first support web 30 makes it possible to move the area of application of the force away from the upper part 31 of the first support web 30 for the locate at the level of the closure element 6 or of its lower part 32 and therefore of limiting the rotation of the closure assembly due to the spacing of the walls 10, 20. This has the effect of bringing the direction of application closer together. of the force on the closing elements 6, 7 of the separation direction.

In addition, by creating the window 40 through the first support web 30 and continuously welding the upper edge 33 of said first support web 30, the manufacture of the bag 1 is greatly facilitated in comparison with the realization of a discontinuous welding so as to form a passage behind the support web 30, since the usual manufacturing processes can be implemented. It then suffices to make the window 40.

For example, in a first embodiment, the window 40 is produced by local cutting of the first support web 30. The cutting can in particular be carried out using an anvil or a die punch, like this is conventionally used in the field. By cutting, it will be understood here that the material of the first support web 30 which extends within the cut is removed, thus directly forming a hole for the thumb.

In a second embodiment, the window 40 is formed in the first support web 30 by making a line of weakness, either by local pre-cutting of the first support web 30, or by local thinning of said first support web 30 (without removal of material). The realization of a line of weakness implies that the window 40 remains closed, until its first opening by the user. The window 40 can therefore serve as a tamper-evident witness guaranteeing that no third party has previously had access to the content of the bag 1 to the user. If necessary, the rupture of the line of weakness can also be dimensioned so that to make it difficult to open it for the first time, increasing the difficulty for a child to open bag 1 for the first time.

In a first embodiment, the line of weakness extends over the entire periphery of the window 40, so that the window can be easily detached from the first support web 30. In a second embodiment, the line of weakness extends over only part of the periphery of the window 40, the rest of its periphery being intact or, on the contrary, cut to form an opening primer.

Whatever the embodiment (cutout and / or line of weakness), the window 40 can also be covered by a patch, attached and fixed to the first support web 30 so as to mask it in whole or in part , and thus form a (other) witness of inviolability. The patch can be attached using an adhesive or a welding line.

If necessary, when the window 40 is delimited by a line of weakness and / or at least partially masked by a patch, the first opening of the bag 1 requires, prior to the step of introducing the thumbs into the window 40, a step of opening the window 40 by breaking the line of weakness and / or removing the patch.

The window 40 may have any shape capable of allowing the passage of an inch. In one embodiment, the border delimiting the window 40 does not include corners but rounded edges in order to avoid creating incipient fractures. For example, the window 40 can be circular, oval, rectangular with rounded corners, etc.

By way of comparison, when the user attempts to open in a conventional manner a sachet 1 comprising an articulation, the tensile force applied to the walls 10, 20 has the effect of rotating the closure assembly and to align it with the direction of application of this force, ie perpendicular to the direction of separation of the closure elements 6 (said separation direction extending perpendicular to the plane of the support webs 30, 35). As a result, the closure elements 6 remain engaged and prevent the opening of the bag 1.

In a first embodiment, a single window 40 for one of the thumbs is made in the first support web 30 is arranged. The second support web 35 can then be intact and fixed in a conventional manner to the wall of the bag (for example over its entire surface or at its upper and lower edges, or even at a localized area so as to form a hinge, etc.).

Of course, the first and second support web 30, 35 can be connected according to identical or different techniques to the associated wall 10, 20: for example, the first support web 30 can be attached and fixed to the first wall 10 after completion of the window 40, while the second support web 35 may have come integrally with the second wall 20.

In a second embodiment, a window 40 is produced both in the first support web 30 and in the second support web 35, said windows 40 being configured to receive the first inch and the second inch, respectively.

For this, at least a second window 40 can be produced locally in the second support web 35 between its upper edge 38 and the closure element 7 so as to allow access to the internal face of the second wall 20 through the second support web 35, from the outside of the bag 1. This second window 40 is produced at a distance from the weld line of the upper edge 38 of the second support web 35 on the second wall 20, so that the window 40 of the second support web 35 is closed and does not open onto the upper edge 38 of the second support web 35. The second window 40 can be produced in a similar manner to the first window, by cutting and / or making a line of weakness, and possibly be at least partially masked by a patch.

In one embodiment, the windows 40 also do not open onto the closing element 7 in order to guarantee the sealing of the bag. In other words, the closure element 7 is continuous over its entire length between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1.

Preferably, the windows 40 formed in the first support web 30 and in the second support web 35 extend opposite one another, in order to facilitate the gripping of the bag and its opening by a user. In one embodiment, the first support web 30 and the second support web are symmetrical with respect to the plane passing through the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1.

Similarly to the first support web 30, the second support web 35 is then fixed over its entire length, between the lateral edges of the bag 1, at its upper edge 38 along a first weld line, and where appropriate at a second and / or third weld line at its closure element 7 and its lower edge (or, alternatively, discontinuously in its lower part, in a similar manner at the lower part 32 of the first support web 30).

In one embodiment, the or each window 40 extends along a substantial height of the first associated support web 30, 35, in order to allow the user to better block the movements of the first support web 30 For example, the or each window 40 may extend over at least 75% of the height of the upper part 31, 36 which is delimited on the one hand by the closing element 6, 7 and on the other hand by the upper edge 33, 38 of the associated support web 30, 35.

In all cases, when the window 40 does not extend over the majority of the height of the upper part 31, the window 40 is preferably closer to the closing element 6, 7 than to the upper edge 31, 36, in order to facilitate user access to the area extending behind the closure element.

It will be understood that the bag 1 may include more windows 40 formed in one and / or the other of the support webs 30, 35. However, the increase in the number of windows 40 also increases the risks that a child finds said windows 40 and manages to open the bag 1.

To allow the passage 40 of an inch, preferably the thumb of an adult, the window 40 has a length, in the direction of extension of the closure assembly between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1 , between 12 mm and 35 mm.

In one embodiment, the window or windows 40 are closer to one of the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1 than to the other of said lateral sides 3, so as not to extend centrally between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1. In this way, each window 40 is less likely to be identified when handling the bag 1. Typically, the part of the border delimiting the window 40 which is closest to one of the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1 can extend at a distance between 10% and 30% of the total distance between the lateral sides 3 of the bag 1, that is to say that for a bag 1 having a length of 100 mm between the lateral sides 3, the part in question of the edge of the window 40 extends at a distance of between 10 mm and 30 mm from the nearest lateral side 3.

In one embodiment, each closure element 6, 7 comprises several complementary profiles (see Figure 1), preferably between three and six complementary profiles, for example five.

The presence of several complementary profiles 6, 7 makes it possible to facilitate the engagement of the closure assembly from the external faces of the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1, by reducing the precision necessary to guarantee their closure. It also provides better resistance to internal and external stresses on the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1.

The complementary sections 6, 7 can be of the male / female, male / male type (arrow-shaped sections) velvet / hooks, or even of the additional hook type.

The complementary sections 6, 7 can be altered sequentially by forming successive alterations along the complementary sections 6, 7 in a direction transverse to the support webs. Sequential alterations are sequential local modifications of the complementary sections 6, 7, which can in particular include sequential crushings and / or sequential incisions without removal of material (i.e. either only sequential crushings or only incisions sequential, i.e. both sequential overwriting and sequential incisions) and / or sequential notches with material removal. Reference may in particular be made to international application N ° EP2012 / 073186 in the name of the Applicant, which describes examples of implementation of sequential alterations.

In one embodiment, all or part of the complementary sections 6, 7 may include sequential alterations. Thus, several complementary profiles 6, 7 can comprise sequential alterations while at least one complementary profile 6 can remain intact, or vice versa.

The closure assembly may include, without limitation:

· A first support web 30 and a second support web 35 both fixed at their upper edge 31, 36 and their lower edge 32 on the associated wall 10, 20. The closure assembly can in particular be made of polypropylene (PP) to make it difficult to open in the absence of the window 40.

A first support web 30 fixed at least at its upper edge 31 and a second support web 35 articulated on the second wall 20 so that the traction on the walls of the bag 1, when the complementary closure elements 6 are engaged, causes the support webs 30, 35 to rotate around said complementary closure elements 6. The second support web 35 can in particular be fixed on the second wall 20 in a localized area which is not superimposed with the closure element 6 and which is offset with respect to said closure element 6, so that the second support web 35 is articulated on the second wall 20. Such a fixing has for example been described in document FR 2 628 067 in the name of the Applicant.

Two support webs 30, 35 connected to the wall 10, 20 facing each other at a localized area. The localized zones can be arranged on respective opposite parts of the support webs 30, 35 (here the upper part 31 and the lower part), respectively on either side of the complementary closure elements 6, 7, so that the one of the articulated sails is directed towards the inside of the bag 1 while the other articulated sail is directed towards its mouth. Such a configuration is for example described in the document FR 2 963 927 in the name of the Applicant.

A first support web 30 and a second support web 35 can be connected to the first and to the second wall 10, 20 by means of a first and a second extension web, respectively, at least one support webs 30, 35 being fixed to the extension web at a distance from its upper part 31, 36. Such a fixing has for example been described in the document FR 3 025 499 in the name of the Applicant.

An additional wall having a first panel connected to the second wall 20 near the mouth of the bag 1 and a second panel connected to the first wall 10. The additional wall is folded between the first panel and the second panel along a fold so that the second section extends towards the mouth. Furthermore, the first support veil 30 is fixed to the second wall 20 and the second support veil 35 is fixed to the second section of the additional wall, so that a spacing stress on the first and the second wall 10, 20 of the bag 1 when the complementary profiles 6, 7 are engaged causes a rotation of the closure device around the second support web 35. Such a fixing has for example been described in the document FR 3 034 760 in the name of the Applicant.

Whatever the embodiment, the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 can be made of an opaque material (not transparent), so as to reduce the possibility for children to see the closure assembly through the walls 10, 20.

The walls 10, 20, the support webs 30, 35 and the complementary closure elements 6 can be made from a single material, in particular one of the following materials: polypropylene PP, poly (terephthalate ethylene) PET, PE polyethylene, HDPE high density polyethylene, LDPE low density polyethylene and their associated copolymers, ethylene copolymers and / or propylene copolymers.

Alternatively, these different elements of the bag 1 can be made of different materials. Mention may in particular be made, without limitation, of a bag 1 comprising a first wall 10 and a second wall 20 made of poly (ethylene terephthalate) and / or of polyethylene and a closure assembly (support webs 30, 35 and additional closing elements 6) made of polypropylene.

Furthermore, the first and second walls 10, 20 may have a thickness of between 30 micrometers and 200 micrometers, typically of the order of 60 micrometers to 150 micrometers, in particular when said walls are formed in one of the materials described above. It will of course be understood that these walls can be produced from complex materials comprising several layers of different materials.
