Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the cutting line 7 is a continuous cutting straight line, the cutting depth of the cutting line 7 is 1/2-2/3 of the thickness of the upper blade 22, specifically, the cutting depth of the cutting line 7 is 3/5 of the thickness of the upper blade 22, on one hand, the design makes the cutting line 7 not easy to be scratched by children, and does not increase the scratching difficulty, when the cutting line 7 at the finger inserting area 4 needs to be scratched, the bag opening of the bag body 1 is turned over, and the cutting line 7 at the finger inserting area 4 is easy to break; on the other hand, the integrity of the upper blade 22 is maintained, and the damage to the structure of the upper blade 22 is reduced.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the child-resistant pouch is provided, and in the present embodiment, the sealing structure includes a false sealing structure 5 formed by a false ironing process between the upper leaf 22 and the pouch body 1 at the finger insertion region 4. The false ironing process is to form two thermoplastic objects into a whole by reasonably controlling the lower hot melting temperature. The false sealing structure 5 seals the entrance of the finger inserting area 4, so that the concealment of the finger inserting area 4 is improved, and children are not easy to find the finger inserting area; and the upper leaves 22 at the false sealing structure 5 can be pulled away from the bag body 1, so that fingers can be conveniently inserted into the finger inserting area 4 to open the bag body 1.
A method of opening a bag comprising the steps of:
step S1: the user first pulls open the upper leaf 22 and the bag body 1 at the false seal 5 to expose the finger access area 4;
step S2: the user stretches the fingers of one hand into the finger stretching-in area 4 and holds the bag opening of the bag body 1, then holds the fingers of the other hand on the bag opening on the other side of the bag body 1, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at the stress points at the same height;
step S3: the bag body 1 can be pulled open by pulling with two hands.
Example 6
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 5 is that, in this embodiment, the false sealing structure 5 is made by a pasting method, and the pasting manufacturing process is simpler than the virtual ironing process, and meanwhile, the good concealment is difficult to be found.
Example 7
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that an embossed pattern 8 is integrally formed on an inner wall of the bag body 1, specifically, the embossed pattern 8 may be provided on any inner wall of the bag body 1, or both inner walls of the bag body 1, a vacuumized air passage may be formed between the embossed pattern 8 and the inner wall of the bag body 1, and a vacuumized air passage may be formed between the embossed pattern 8 and the embossed pattern 8, so that a household vacuum extractor may vacuumize the inside of the bag body 1. In addition, such embossing ridges 8 may be provided on the inner wall of the bag body 1 in embodiments 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (14)
1. A child-resistant pouch, characterized by: the bag comprises a bag body (1), and a first clamping chain (2) and a second clamping chain (3) which are arranged at two sides of an inner inlet of the bag body (1), wherein the first clamping chain (2) comprises a first bone strip (21), an upper blade (22) and a lower blade a (23) which are connected with two sides of the first bone strip (21), the second clamping chain (3) comprises a second bone strip (31) and a lower blade b (32) which is connected with the lower side of the second bone strip (31), the upper blade (22) and the lower blade a (23) are both connected on the inner wall of one side of the inlet of the bag body (1), the lower blade b (32) is connected on the inner wall of the other side of the inlet of the bag body (1), the first bone strip (21) and the second bone strip (31) are correspondingly arranged, the automatic sealing of the bag body (1) can be realized by pressing the first bone strip (21) and the second bone strip (31), a gap is formed between one side of the upper blade (22) and the inner wall of the bag body (1) to form a finger extending area (4), the upper blade (22) and the bag body (1) are provided with a sealing structure at the finger extending area (4).
2. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sealing structure comprises a false sealing structure (5) which is formed between the upper blade (22) and the bag body (1) and is positioned in the finger extending area (4).
3. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the false seal structure (5) is a false seal structure (5) manufactured by adopting a virtual ironing process.
4. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the false sealing structure (5) is a false sealing structure (5) manufactured by adopting an adhering mode.
5. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sealing structure comprises a real sealing structure (6) which is formed by a finger stretching-in area (4) and is arranged between an upper blade (22) and a bag body (1), wherein the upper blade (22) is provided with a cutting line (7) along the length direction of the upper blade, and the cutting line (7) passes through the finger stretching-in area (4) and is arranged below the real sealing structure (6).
6. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the vacuum sealing structure (6) is a vacuum sealing structure (6) manufactured by adopting a hot ironing process.
7. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the cutting line (7) is formed by continuous cold cutting by a hob or die cutting.
8. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the cutting depth of the cutting line (7) is 1/2-2/3 of the thickness of the upper blade (22).
9. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the cutting line (7) is a point-cutting straight line.
10. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the cutting line (7) is a point cutting broken line.
11. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the cutting line (7) is a point-cutting curve.
12. A child-resistant bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner wall of the bag body (1) is provided with embossing wales (8).
13. A method of opening a bag, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: firstly, a user pulls open the upper leaves (22) and the bag body (1) at the false sealing structure (5) to expose the finger extending area (4);
step S2: the user stretches the fingers of one hand into the finger stretching-in area (4) and holds the bag opening of the bag body (1), then holds the fingers of the other hand on the bag opening on the other side of the bag body (1), and keeps the fingers of the two hands at the stress points at the same height;
step S3: the bag body (1) can be pulled open by pulling the two hands forcefully at the same time.
14. A method of opening a bag, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: a user firstly turns over the mouth of the bag body (1) to bend the upper blade (22) at the cutting line (7) positioned in the finger-inserting area (4);
step S2: the user uses fingers to open the cutting lines (7) at the positions, and the fingers extend into the finger extending areas (4) and hold the bag openings of the bag bodies (1);
step S3: the user holds the mouth of the other side of the bag body (1) with the fingers of the other hand, and keeps the fingers of the two hands at the stress points at the same height;
step S4: the bag body (1) can be pulled open by pulling the two hands forcefully at the same time.
