La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’enroulement et de déroulement (100) d’un élément longiligne souple comprenant : - des moyens de maintien (10) en couronne de l’élément longiligne comprenant un premier (11) et un deuxième (12) cadres plans montés mobiles en rotation autour d’un arbre de rotation (13) et comportant chacun au moins trois bras (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d ; 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) disposés en étoile à partir dudit arbre de rotation (13), lesdits au moins trois bras (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d ; 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) de chacun desdits premier (11) et deuxième (12) cadres étant reliés entre eux par au moins trois pales (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d), et - un système de transmission (20) dont l’actionnement permet le passage d’une première position (P1) vers une deuxième position (P2) et inversement, dans lequel, en position (P1), les deux cadres (11, 12) sont parallèles entre eux et forment avec lesdites pales (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) un rouleau (15) d’un diamètre (d1) et dans lequel le système de transmission (20) est configurés pour, lors du passage de la première position (P1) vers la deuxième position (P2), rétracter les bras (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) et les pales (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) dans un cylindrique fictif dont le diamètre (d2) est inférieur au diamètre (d2) dudit rouleau (15).
