Abstract

L’invention présente un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce métallurgique par compaction à chaud de poudre métallique comportant : une première étape de fabrication d’un conteneur métallique étanche une deuxième étape de dépôt d’un revêtement sur la surface intérieure du conteneur une troisième étape de remplissage dudit conteneur par de la poudre métallique une quatrième étape de dégazage du conteneur par mise sous vide une cinquième étape d’application d’un cycle de montée en température et pression du conteneur étanche rempli de poudre métallique pour la compression isostatique à chaud une sixième étape de séparation du corps et du conteneur caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de fabrication d’un conteneur métallique consiste à réaliser une structure creuse présentant des zones de rupture s’étendant dans un plan de séparation ainsi que des prolongements extérieurs de traction disposés de part et d’autre dudit plan de séparation.
