Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation des propriétés mécaniques d’une pièce en alliage d’aluminium de la série 2000 de nuance 2x19. Ce procédé comprend une étape de traitement thermique de la pièce à une température comprise entre 180 et 220 °C pendant une durée comprise entre 80 et 500 heures. La pièce ainsi traitée peut être utilisée à une température jusqu’à 200 °C sans diminution de ses propriétés mécaniques, notamment dans un aéronef ou un véhicule spatial.The invention relates to a process for stabilizing the mechanical properties of an aluminum alloy part of the 2000 series of grade 2x19. This method comprises a step of heat treatment of the part at a temperature between 180 and 220 ° C for a period of between 80 and 500 hours.
