Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de vérin de bridage et de mesure d'effort comprenant un vérin de bridage (1) comprenant un corps (1a) de vérin de bridage (1), une tige (2) de vérin de bridage et un bras de bridage (3) fixé sur ladite tige (2) sensiblement perpendiculairement à cette dernière. Il comprend en outre au moins un système de mesure d'effort comprenant un capteur de force comprenant deux ou quatre jauges de déformation appliquées sur le bras de bridage (3) et connectées fonctionnellement dans une configuration en pont de Wheatstone de sorte à former un circuit de mesure apte à mesurer une déformation de ce dernier, une unité de conditionnement (5), une unité de traitement (6) apte à traiter le signal de sortie conditionné pour déterminer une valeur d'effort de bridage, une unité de transmission sans fil (9) apte à transmettre ladite valeur et une source autonome d'énergie.
