Abstract
Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'une pièce à usiner (13) ; et la production des structures aérodynamiques dans la pièce à usiner (13) par un procédé d'usinage électrochimique de précision, les structures aérodynamiques comportant une partie de flasque (5), un diffuseur (7) et une rainure d'écoulement de gaz (9). L'étape de production comporte la fourniture d'une électrode de travail (16) comportant une partie de production de flasque ayant un contour extérieur qui est complémentaire à un contour de la partie de flasque (5), une partie de production de diffuseur ayant un contour extérieur qui est complémentaire à un contour du diffuseur (7) et une partie de production de rainure ayant un contour extérieur qui est complémentaire à un contour de la rainure d'écoulement de gaz (9) ; le positionnement de l'électrode de travail (16) de manière à faire face à une première surface axiale (14) de la pièce à usiner (13) ; et l'application d'une tension électrique et/ou d'un courant électrique entre l'électrode de travail (16) et la pièce à usiner (13) de manière à produire les structures aérodynamiques.
