Abstract

Un dispositif (10) piégeant les de vapeurs de carburant, incluant un produit adsorbant (CA) dans une ou plusieurs chambres (21, 22) sensiblement parallèles, est assemblé en fermant un couvercle (3) sur un corps de boîtier (2), de façon à comprimer le produit par un ensemble intercalaire (1a). L'ensemble (1a) est rigide, incompressible et choisi pour comprimer des ressorts (17) qui sont identiques pour toute une gamme de dispositifs ayant différents niveau de remplissage (h1) d'une chambre (21). L'ensemble, qui présente une plaque ajourée (11) apte à s'appuyer sur les ressorts, est choisi avec une longueur d'extension (h2) en fonction du niveau (h1) final souhaité dans la chambre (21), parmi plusieurs ensembles intercalaires. L'assemblage permet des économies d'échelle en conservant identiques les ressorts de compression (17) et le couvercle (3) pour réaliser différents dispositifs, se différenciant seulement par le remplissage d'une chambre (21) et l'extension (h2) de l'ensemble intercalaire.
