Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to devices for packaging a cosmetic product, in particular in the form of cream, powder, in particular compact, or paste.

For the purposes of the present invention, the term “cosmetic product” means a cosmetic product intended to be applied to a human being, such as, for example, a liquid or a cream.

A “cosmetic product” is more generally a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated November 30, 2009, relating to cosmetic products.

PRIOR ART AND OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION Numerous packaging devices comprising one or more boxes inserted into a container are known, for example from the publications US2011024316, DE102008037371, US3871543, US2005258126.

Such devices can be customizable, that is to say the housings can be sold separately, for example with products of different shades.

The consumer can buy cases with shades that suit her and assemble the cases herself according to her preferences, in order to form her own cosmetic palette.

If one of the colors no longer suits her, she can replace the case with another.

She can also organize and reorganize the position of her boxes on her pallet as she wishes.

Such removable housing pallets are already known.

Document EP2266431 discloses a makeup palette comprising a plurality of boxes having identical upper surfaces and identical lower surfaces.

Peripheral areas of the upper surfaces are complementary in shape to peripheral areas of the lower surfaces.

Each box can be engaged in a separable manner with the other boxes above or below, by mutual engagement of the complementary peripheral zones.

2 Document FR2631928 discloses boxes each comprising a body, the lateral outer sides of which are provided with complementary assembly slides, for attaching the boxes to one another.

A frame is provided, the internal walls of which themselves comprise slides capable of being assembled with the slides existing on the external sides of the cases.

The frame stabilizes the structure formed by the boxes assembled together.

Document US20090044827 discloses a pallet formed of removable boxes connected to each other by a lateral dovetail slide system.

In Figures 11 to 14, the tenon of a first housing contains a central projecting area on which is formed a vertical slot.

The latter is designed to receive a rib molded into the bottom of the groove of a second housing.

Thus, the two housings are kept aligned when they are joined horizontally.

There is a need to reduce the number of parts requiring precise sizing.

There is a need to benefit from a customizable packaging device, with boxes that can be simply assembled and disassembled at will.

There is a need to produce such an inexpensive device.

There is a need to provide makeup palettes comprising boxes assembled as desired to each other with precise positioning.

There is a need to facilitate assembly, and possibly to accompany it with an audible click when the boxes arrive in position.

Pre-positioning of the housings before assembly can be carried out.
