Claims (16)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Composition sous forme d'émulsion ou d'émulsion multiple comprenant au moins une phase dispersée dans au moins une phase dispersante, ainsi que des particules émulsifiantes aptes à stabiliser ladite émulsion, ladite composition se caractérise en ce que les particules émulsifiantes sont des particules de bois.
- 2. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'émulsion est une émulsion directe huile dans eau (H/E) ou une émulsion inverse (E/H).
- 3. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'émulsion multiple est une émulsion huile dans eau dans huile (H/E/H) ou une émulsion eau dans huile dans eau (E/H/E).
- 4. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bois est choisi parmi le bois de châtaignier, chêne, épicéa ou hêtre.
- 5. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les particules de bois sont sous forme libre ou d'une suspension de particules de bois ou d'une pâte de bois ou d'une pâte de bois hyperraffinée.
- 6. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la taille des particules de bois est comprise entre 100 nm et 40 pm, de préférence entre 120 nm et 200 nm, encore plus préférentiellement entre 140 nm et 160 nm.
- 7. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les particules de bois présentent un indice de polydispersité compris entre 0,01 et 1, de préférence entre 0,1 et 0,3, encore plus préférentiellement entre 0,1 et 0,25.
- 8. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les particules de bois ont été obtenues par un procédé de fabrication comprenant au moins une étape de broyage. 32
- 9. Composition selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les particules de bois ont été obtenues à partir d'un procédé de fabrication qui comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : - une 1' étape comprenant un broyage à sec et/ou un broyage humide, 5 le broyage à sec étant suivi du broyage humide lorsque ladite l're étape comprend ces deux broyages ; - une 2' étape comprenant une centrifugation et/ou une filtration, la centrifugation étant suivie de la filtration lorsque ladite 2' étape comprend une centrifugation et une filtration. 10
- 10. Composition selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que les particules de bois ont été obtenues à partir d'un procédé de fabrication qui comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : 1) on dispose de sciures de bois ; 15 2) optionnellement, on effectue une l'ère étape de tamisage ; 3) on effectue un broyage à sec ; 4) optionnellement, on effectue une 21è" étape de tamisage ; 5) on effectue un broyage humide ; 6) optionnellement, on effectue une étape de centrifugation ; 20 7) optionnellement, on effectue une étape de filtration.
- 11. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le pourcentage massique des particules de bois exprimé par rapport à la masse de la phase dispersée est compris entre 0,014 % et 1,116 %, de 25 préférence entre 0,083 % et 1,116 %.
- 12. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le pourcentage volumique de la phase dispersée exprimé par rapport au volume total de la composition, à savoir le volume constitué par la somme 30 des volumes de la phase dispersante et de la phase dispersée mis en oeuvre pour l'émulsification, est compris entre 1 % et 75 %, de préférence entre 1 % et 60%.
- 13. Procédé de fabrication de la composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : 35 a) on dispose de particules de bois ; b) on disperse lesdites particules de bois dans une phase dispersante ; 33 c) on ajoute une phase dispersée dans la phase dispersante obtenue à l'issue de l'étape b) de manière à obtenir une émulsion ; d) optionnellement, lorsque l'émulsion est une émulsion multiple, on ajoute l'émulsion obtenue à l'étape c) dans une 2'eme phase 5 dispersante.
- 14. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'étape b), la concentration en particules de bois dans la phase dispersante est comprise entre 0,31 g/L et 33 g/L, de préférence entre 10 g/L et 33 g/L.
- 15. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'étape c) est réalisée par cisaillement mécanique ou avec un appareil à émulsion ultrasonique ou une sonde à ultra-sons ou par homogénéisation à haute pression.
