L'invention porte principalement sur un procédé de validation de la présence d'une personne via l'utilisation d'une signature électronique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte: une étape d'authentification d'un téléphone portable (15) appartenant à la personne, une étape d'apposition d'une signature de la personne sur un écran du téléphone portable (15), une étape d'enregistrement de la signature, une étape de communication sans fil entre le téléphone portable (15) et une borne électronique (14) pour échanger des données relatives à la personne et/ou au téléphone portable (15) de la personne ainsi que des données relatives notamment à une date et une heure d'arrivée, et une étape de validation de la présence de la personne et de duplication de la signature enregistrée de la personne vers une feuille de présence dématérialisée.
