Abstract
Un dispositif de détection de la distraction d'un conducteur (40) comprend un module de détection d'une direction de regard du conducteur (10), un module de réception (20) de données représentatives de l'environnement du conducteur, et un module de traitement (30) conçu pour détecter, sur la base des données reçues, la présence ou l'absence d'un objet (P) dans la direction de regard détectée (D) et pour déterminer une information représentative du niveau de distraction (ND) dudit conducteur en fonction de la présence ou de l'absence d'un objet (P) dans la direction de regard (D) dudit conducteur. Un système (50) et un procédé de détection sont également proposés.
