Abstract

Ce procédé de météorologie est prévu pour la détection et/ou la prévision de systèmes atmosphériques convectifs (2) dans l'atmosphère (3) d'une planète en fonction de données de radiance acquises via au moins un capteur de radiance (18) et représentatives de la radiance émise par une surface (6) de la planète et/ou des nuages (8) présents dans l'atmosphère, et/ou de données radar de surface acquises via au moins un radar (20) et représentatives de l'état de la surface de la planète. Le procédé comprend la détection d'un système atmosphérique convectif (2) en fonction conjointement des données de radiance et des données radar de surface, et/ou la prévision numérique d'un système atmosphérique convectif (2) avec assimilation numérique des données radars de surface ou en fonction conjointement des données de radiance et des données radar de surface.
