Abstract
Dans un procédé d’imagerie par onde de cisaillement avec des ultrasons, une direction du faisceau ARFI est sélectionnée (11) sur la base d’informations de tissu, tel qu’étant perpendiculaire à une orientation de tissu ou autre que perpendiculaire à une face de l’ensemble de transducteur. Il en résulte que la vitesse d’onde de cisaillement estimée (16) mesurée (14) perpendiculaire au faisceau ARFI peut être plus proche de la vitesse d’onde de cisaillement réelle. À titre d’alternative ou en outre, un ou plusieurs vecteurs de propagation de l’onde de cisaillement sont déterminés (19) et affichés (18) pour l’utilisateur, permettant à l’utilisateur de visualiser une étendue d’anisotropie du tissu pour juger de l’impact sur l’estimation (16) de vitesse d’onde de cisaillement.
